Great to meet you!

My success as a therapist is measured by the love I feel for my clients and the interest that I take in their lives. I genuinely care for my clients and want them to find joy and peace regardless of their past experiences. I am so grateful to be a mental health clinician doing what I love and what I'm good at-healing hearts and minds.

When I was a child, my parents divorced, and a few years later, my father passed away. Throughout my teenage years and early adulthood, I began to realize that unresolved pain from my past was catching up with me, but I lacked the skills to get the help that I needed.

I was motivated to understand mental health beginning with my own. That inspired me to study psychology and pursue my masters of therapy.

Throughout my own mental health journey I discovered healing, peace, and acceptance. Now, I help kids, teens and adults face their own individual challenges and equip them with the tools and skills they need to be successful.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, accepting, and at times challenging. I take a person centered approach, drawing on my vast knowledge of therapeutic modalities (CBT,DBT,EFT,IFS,ART... to name a few), as well as my natural talent to determine a tailored treatment plan that meets my clients individual needs.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the greatest therapeutic experience of their lives! In all seriousness, they can expect to experience a loving, warm and inviting environment that makes them feel safe, seen, and heard. They can expect me to gather information surrounding their presenting concerns as well as more lighthearted things such as their hobbies and values. We will collaborate and create a treatment plan together that meets both their goals for therapy and my own clinical goals for them.
