Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with adult men find their authentic selves. This process includes learning how to express and heal from emotions men have been taught to push down and repress. Warning: Side effects may include becoming a better partner, father, communicator, and friend.

My approach to therapy

I create a space for men to sound off about what is really going on in thier internal world. in a culture where men are taught not to be vulnerable or open up, I teach men to live life with more emotional honesty and personal integrity. In my experience this way of being has been a catalyst for countless amounts of men to achieve their therapeutic goals.

I'm a firm believer that men need other men to navigate life's challenges. It is my honor to work alongside others and watch them grow.

What you can expect from me

I create a safe environment where you can explore a variety of challenges you have been facing. Some areas treatment I have experience in are depression, anxiety, communication issues, relationship struggles, and PTSD.

In addition to men's work, I also specialize in taking clients through a guided activity that assists with processing traumatic memories.
