Great to meet you!

Somewhere along the way, I learned to see the world through attachment-colored glasses. I enjoy exploring relationships, emotions, and our experience of life as a reflection of our attachment organization. I'm curious (in both senses!), love language, enjoy learning from my clients, and promise to make you laugh, if you're brave enough!

My approach to therapy

It's easy to write off talk-based therapy as just talk, but if you want to "just talk" about emotions, relationships, learning, sex, existential fears, well, then I'll walk the talk with you.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that my clients will feel understood, challenged, supported, and respected.
