Great to meet you!

There’s a part of you that already knows something needs to change, and another part that is exhausted from trying to manage it alone. My work is rooted in the Jesuit value of cura personalis, which means caring for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts who specializes in assisting adolescents and adults in overcoming anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic attacks, eating disorders, and trauma. I work with people from all walks of life and have experience supporting student-athletes and high-achieving young adults who are used to just pushing through and are ready to try something different. If you’re ready to understand the underlying causes of your symptoms, rather than just manage them, I would love to talk.

My approach to therapy

My clients are looking for help because they feel stuck, overwhelmed, and are struggling to find a path forward on their own. I practice humanistic, strengths-based therapy, valuing your wisdom and tailoring evidence-based interventions such as ERP and ACT to your specific goals, rather than imposing a one-size-fits-all solution. Together, we will delve into the underlying thoughts and emotions that contribute to your distress, empowering you to rediscover your most authentic self.

What you can expect from me

Our first few sessions are about building trust and making sure you feel genuinely safe. When we are both ready to go deeper, we will explore the thoughts, patterns, and experiences beneath the surface. Many clients describe a quiet relief in finally having words for what they have been carrying. Meaningful change and healing takes time, and that is okay. You do not have to arrive with it figured out.
