Great to meet you!
I have always been drawn to understanding human behavior and helping others. My journey began with a Master’s in Communication Research in Berlin, Germany. After moving to NYC in 2004, I spent a decade in Market Research, analyzing how people make decisions to meet their needs and desires. While rewarding, I sought a more meaningful way to apply my skills. I earned a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Brooklyn College, training in CBT, DBT, and Psychodynamic Therapy. I worked with fathers returning from prison, supported clients with substance abuse and HIV, and helped individuals navigate anxiety, depression, and trauma. These experiences deepened my empathy and ability to support others in healing and growth.
