Great to meet you!

I believe life is a beautiful journey, but it is also filled with pitfalls that can leave us feeling stuck, trapped, and hopeless. My goal is to come alongside clients in those moments and help them find the key that unlocks the door to freedom. I provide a safe, supportive space where clients can begin to heal emotional wounds, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and break free from false core beliefs that keep them from living fully. I am passionate about helping people rediscover hope and learn practical ways to manage the thoughts, urges, and emotions that fuel unwanted or destructive behaviors.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that many struggles such as anxiety, depression, and addiction are often tied to unhealthy ways of coping with pain. As Carl Jung said, “Neurosis is always a substitute for legitimate suffering.” I help clients gently explore the emotional pain they may have been avoiding, while building healthier ways to process and respond to it. Rather than suppressing fear, shame, or hurt, I work with clients to face these experiences in a safe and supportive environment. Together, we identify the patterns that are keeping them stuck and develop practical tools for lasting healing, freedom, and hope.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and nonjudgmental space where they can begin sharing their story at their own pace. My focus is on getting to know what has brought them to therapy, what challenges they are facing, and where they may feel stuck. We will begin identifying emotional wounds, thought patterns, or behaviors that may be contributing to their pain. Most importantly, the first session is about building trust and helping clients feel safe, heard, and understood as we begin the journey toward healing and freedom together.
