Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I have been licensed in California since 1989. I have been in private practice since that time.

I have also worked in in-patient and out-patient psychiatric settings, such as the University of California at Irvine, Medical Center and Orange County, Children's Mental Health.

My approach to therapy

I have psychotherapy expertise in working with individuals of all ages, as well as couples and families. I assess from a biological-psychological-social perspective and utilize a variety of treatment modalities. I also coordinate care with your treating physicians, particularly psychiatrists.

What you can expect from me

Psychotherapy includes a thorough assessment of your presenting symptoms, history and dynamics.

After a diagnosis is determined, treatment includes supportive, introspective and proactive psychotherapy. This is to resolve conflicts, manage distressing symptoms and overcoming dysfunctional patterns.
