"Hello there! I'm Maura, a Clinically Licensed Social Worker (LISW-CP), and I'm absolutely delighted to be a part of the incredible team at Zen Zone Health. As a passionate advocate for mental health and wellness, I've dedicated my career to providing compassionate care and support to those who need it most. With a heart full of empathy and a commitment to making a positive impact, I'm here to help individuals find their path to healing and self-discovery.

I am trained in CBT, DBT, and short term intervention therapies. I have also been trained in Suicide Management: Risk Assessment and Safety Planning, Mindfulness and Psychotherapy, TF-CBT for Traumatized Children and Families, and Multicultural Awareness & Diversity. One of my personal specialties is working with young adults who are having difficulty transitioning to adulthood or who have experienced significant mental health symptoms such as experiencing a psychotic episode.

In sessions with me, clients can expect a safe and welcoming environment where their well-being takes center stage. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can freely explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
