Great to meet you!

As a compassionate and empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience in counseling and medical social work, I support individuals navigating life’s most challenging transitions. I specialize in working with depression and anxiety, relationship difficulties, intimate partner violence, anger management, substance use concerns, obsessive-compulsive conditions, end-of-life care, and grief and loss. I also help clients understand how past experiences may shape present-day behaviors, relationships, and sense of self.

My approach is holistic, person-centered, and strengths-based, creating a safe, open, and judgment-free space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I believe meaningful healing begins with acknowledging and understanding our emotions, developing insight, and recognizing our capacity for change. Together, we can work toward greater self-awareness, acceptance, resilience, and a more authentic and fulfilling life.

I hold active, unrestricted Clinical Social Work licenses in Florida, Colorado, and South Carolina.

My approach to therapy

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Short-Term Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs, goals, and strengths. My role is to walk alongside you through the process of healing, growth, and transformation—not to tell you who you should be, but to help you reconnect with who you are and where you want to go.

What you can expect from me

You do not need to have everything figured out before you come in. You simply need to come as you are. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where you can feel comfortable being your authentic self. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I believe you should feel heard, respected, and supported throughout your journey. I offer compassion and understanding while also encouraging honest self-reflection, insight, and meaningful change. My goal is to meet you where you are while helping you recognize your strengths and build the tools needed to move forward.
