Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m Maureen, a Vanderbilt-trained PMHNP who is passionate about providing high-quality care to people from all walks of life. I particularly enjoy working with young adults, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and veterans. Some of the conditions I most enjoy treating include generalized anxiety, OCD, and PTSD.

My approach to therapy

I believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. I use evidence-based treatments and tailor care to your unique story, needs, and goals. I like to think of myself as your coach and you as the quarterback—you’re in the driver’s seat and have the final say in your care. My role is to provide guidance, expertise, and support so we can work together to create a supportive partnership where you feel heard, understood, and involved in your care.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a welcoming, low-pressure, judgment-free environment where I’ll get to know you, your story, and what brings you in for care. Feel free to bring questions, a list of things you’d like to discuss, or any concerns you want to make sure we address. We’ll work together to develop an evidence-based treatment plan that is tailored to your needs and goals.
