Great to meet you!

I am passionate about providing compassionate, personalized mental health care in a supportive and judgment-free environment where clients feel heard and empowered throughout their journey.

I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and mental health treatment for adolescents, young adults, and adults. I commonly work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, stress, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. My approach is collaborative and patient-centeredI believe treatment works best when we work together to develop a plan that fits your unique goals, lifestyle, and needs.

With experience in mental health and healthcare, I understand that seeking support can feel overwhelming. My goal is to help make care accessible, comfortable, and practical while supporting long-term emotional wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I believe that every person’s experience is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health treatment. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their concerns and actively participating in their care.

I use a patient-centered approach that combines evidence-based treatment, medication management when appropriate, psychoeducation, and supportive therapeutic techniques. I work with clients experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, stress, and life transitions. I focus on understanding not only symptoms but also the emotional, social, and lifestyle factors that impact overall well-being.

My goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship and empower clients with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to improve their mental health and achieve meaningful, lasting progress. I view treatment as a partnership, and I work closely with each client to create realistic goals and a personalized plan that supports their journey toward wellness.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you can openly discuss your concerns, experiences, and goals. My priority is creating a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and respected.

During the initial appointment, we will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and discuss your current symptoms, mental health history, medical background, stressors, lifestyle factors, and any previous treatment experiences. We will also talk about what brought you to treatment and what you hope to achieve.

Together, we will identify your goals and develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, coping strategies, education, and recommendations for additional support when appropriate. My approach is collaborative, and I encourage questions throughout the process so you leave with a better understanding of your symptoms and clear next steps. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling supported, informed, and hopeful about your path toward improved mental wellness.
