Great to meet you!

I believe people are remarkably resilient when they have the right support. For more than 25 years, I’ve helped individuals, couples, and families navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life’s difficult transitions. My goal isn’t simply to help you feel better, it’s to help you understand yourself more deeply, strengthen your relationships, and develop practical tools that create lasting change. I want every client to leave therapy with greater hope and confidence in their ability to move forward.

My approach to therapy

Lasting change can come through greater self-awareness, practical tools, and a strong therapeutic relationship. My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you stuck, better understand your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and nervous system, and develop practical strategies that help you move forward with confidence. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Somatic Therapy, family systems, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches to create a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. My goal is not only to help you feel better, but to help you understand yourself in ways that create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and equipped with practical tools for lasting change. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
