Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) providing compassionate, evidence-based care for adolescents and adults. I help clients manage depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and other mental health conditions.

I earned my MS in Nursing with a psychiatric mental health specialization from Walden University. My approach is holistic and client-centered, combining medication management with supportive therapy to promote insight, stability, and long-term wellness. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, process emotions, and receive personalized treatment that aligns with your goals.

My approach to therapy

I provide collaborative, empathetic care rooted in evidence-based practice. I focus on building trust and tailoring treatment to each client’s unique strengths and needs. Sessions often include medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy in a warm, practical, and empowering style.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a safe, supportive space for honest conversation and self-reflection. Together, we work toward symptom relief, emotional resilience, and practical strategies for mental health. You’ll leave feeling heard, understood, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward stability and long-term wellness.
