Great to meet you!

I am a Board-Certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 11 years of experience as a Psychiatric Registered Nurse. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals across the lifespan.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and trauma-related conditions. My approach is patient-centered and collaborative, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported.

I offer medication management along with supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and guidance on lifestyle changes to promote overall mental wellness.

My goal is to help you achieve stability, build resilience, and improve your quality of life. I look forward to working with you on your mental health journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is patient-centered, collaborative, and holistic. I work closely with each client to understand their unique experiences, concerns, and goals, ensuring they feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their treatment plan.

I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and lifestyle guidance to address the whole person—not just symptoms. I focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly discuss their challenges and make informed decisions about their care.

I have experience treating conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and trauma-related disorders. My goal is to support clients in achieving emotional stability, building resilience, and improving their overall quality of life.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming, safe, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing your concerns. I take time to get to know you as a whole person—your current symptoms, mental health history, medical background, lifestyle, and goals for treatment.

This initial visit is a comprehensive assessment where we work together to identify your needs and begin developing a personalized treatment plan. This may include discussing possible diagnoses, treatment options, and whether medication, therapy, or a combination of both would be most helpful.

My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and more informed about your mental health, with a clear plan and next steps for your care.
