Great to meet you!

Welcome. I’m Maureen, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps adults struggling with anxiety, chronic stress, and grief. Many of my clients experience constant worry, racing thoughts, or feel stuck in patterns that are hard to change, often during life transitions or after a loss. Therapy can be a supportive space to slow down, understand what’s driving your anxiety, and develop greater clarity and calm.

My approach to therapy

I draw from evidence-based practices including motivational interviewing (MI), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care -- to address concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and goals, so therapy feels relevant and practical for your life.

What you can expect from me

I view therapy as a partnership. Together we work to explore patterns, build coping skills, and uncover new perspectives that support growth and healing. My role is to guide and support you while creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can move toward greater balance and well-being. Our first session will focus on learning more about you and what you hope to accomplish together.
