Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a humanist, a realist, and a multicultural practitioner. As a person-centered therapist, I believe healing happens through connection and in safe environments. My clients build thoughtful lives through personal commitment, searing transparency and small consistent changes. If you are struggling with self-doubt, drowning in substance use, navigating anxiety, feeling lost in translation, processing complex trauma, or need to break long ingrained people-pleasing patterns, lets talk. A kinder, gentler, more productive and creative life is possible.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in the belief that we are all inherently whole, each of us a unique individual with limitless potential. For many, it is easy to loose sight of values, priorities, dreams. I use an integrative style in my work pulling from a psychodynamic approach and utilizing a myriad of strategies.

What you can expect from me

My background in the arts shapes my perspective on the values of persistence, tenacity, beauty and kindness. I am influenced by the writings of Bell Hooks, Jonathon Haidt, B. Van Der Kolk, Irvin Yalom, Mihaly Csikszentmihaly and Tara Brach. I commit to providing a safe space to share experiences, process issues, and collaborate on solutions.
