Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who provides compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based mental health care. I work with adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma-related symptoms, and life transitions. My clinical background includes experience with diverse populations, and I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in their treatment.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is client-centered, holistic, and collaborative, focusing on the whole person rather than just symptoms. I provide evidence-based psychiatric evaluation and medication management while prioritizing education, shared decision-making, and individualized treatment planning. I value open communication and regularly reassess treatment to ensure it aligns with each client’s goals, preferences, and evolving needs.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a comprehensive yet supportive psychiatric evaluation where we discuss current concerns, mental health history, medical background, and treatment goals. I take time to listen, answer questions, and ensure clients feel comfortable and informed. Together, we will develop an initial treatment plan tailored to your needs, with the goal of helping you leave the session feeling understood and hopeful.
