Great to meet you!

I believe that every person has the capacity to heal and grow, even when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. My role is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where you feel safe exploring your experiences without judgment. I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, addiction recovery, anxiety, and major life or career transitions, and I understand that healing is not a one-size-fits-all process. Together, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you while building on your strengths and creating meaningful, lasting change. I am trained in EMDR and integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet your unique needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I believe that healing begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and compassion. Drawing from EMDR and other evidence-based modalities, I help clients process difficult experiences, better understand long-standing patterns, and develop healthier ways of coping with life's challenges. Rather than applying a single approach to everyone, I work collaboratively with you to find the therapeutic methods that best support your goals, helping you move toward greater resilience, self-awareness, and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation of trust. We'll discuss what has brought you to therapy, explore your current concerns, and talk about the goals you hope to achieve. I'll also take time to learn about your personal history, strengths, and the experiences that have shaped your journey so far. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable asking questions. By the end of the session, we'll have a clearer understanding of how we can work together and begin developing a personalized path toward healing and growth.
