Great to meet you!

I offer a warm, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are—no pressure, no judgment. As a therapist with a rich blend of personal and professional experience, I work with compassion and honesty to help you sort through anxiety, self-doubt, relationship struggles, parenting stress, etc.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and personalized. I blend Person-Centered Therapy for connection and understanding, CBT to help shift unhelpful thought patterns, and DBT skills for emotional balance. I also use Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused strategies to support forward movement. For parents, I offer practical Parent Coaching strategies.

What you can expect from me

Therapy can be a space to reconnect with your voice, build resilience, and create lasting change. If you’re ready to feel more grounded and supported in your life, I’m here to walk with you—at your pace, with empathy and encouragement.
