Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm a clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience helping adults of all ages to solidify life goals, learn new skills for managing anxiety or depression, and find more life satisfaction. I use a variety of approaches including Strength-Based, Supportive and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. We will focus on your unique strengths and perspective to help you develop skills for handling the challenges and transitions of life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My communication style is informal, warm and direct. I create a safe and accepting space so that you can feel comfortable talking with me about anything. I listen with empathy and without judgment. We will explore who you are and what brought you to this point in your life. We will work together to uncover and strengthen your sense of self and find ways for you to live more fully and authentically in your daily life and relationships.

What you can expect from our first session

We will work together to identify your goals, understand how you operate, and define clear next steps every time we meet. We will explore your life experiences, and I will gently challenge you to be open to new ways of thinking and coping, in order to develop resilience for the ups and downs of life’s journey.
