Great to meet you!

I support adults facing relationship pain, life transitions, anxiety, and identity shifts. Having lived through betrayal and rebuilt my own life, I understand these experiences from the inside out. I believe the most important relationship you’ll ever have is the one with yourself. Together, we focus on finding the answers so the next step feels possible.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client‐centered, trauma‐informed, and solution‐focused. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and stay deeply curious about the patterns and experiences that have shaped — and still shape — your life. I believe trauma isn’t only big, catastrophic events; it’s also the moments that forced you to adapt in ways that once kept you safe but may no longer serve you. When clients recognize these patterns, it often becomes a powerful light‐bulb moment that opens the door to real change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel safe, heard, and supported. As that safety builds, people often find themselves sharing things they’ve been carrying quietly for a long time — thoughts they’ve been afraid to acknowledge but can no longer hold alone. Those unspoken feelings can show up as grief, anxiety, depression, resentment, overwhelm, and more, which often turn into coping patterns that eventually stop working. Together, we identify one meaningful place to begin — or something to reflect on between sessions — so you can move toward your goals at a pace that feels grounded and possible.
