Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Mauri, a therapist and parent coach dedicated to helping families and individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. With a trauma-informed approach, I specialize in working with individuals on the autism spectrum and those with other neurodiversities, offering tailored support that honors each person’s unique strengths and experiences. In my practice, I provide parent coaching, individual therapy for launching young adults, and family therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My work is grounded in the belief that every human is doing their best and deserves compassion, safety, and love as they strive toward healing and growth. I draw from years of experience working with children, teens, and families, and I deeply believe in the resilience of the family system.

What you can expect from our first session

I create a safe and supportive space where every family member can feel seen, heard, and valued. Together, we’ll foster secure attachments, improve communication, and build the skills needed to thrive. Whether you’re seeking guidance for parenting, support for a young adult transitioning to independence, or family healing, I’m here to help you create a path forward with hope and connection.
