Great to meet you!

Finding the right support shouldn't feel like a one-size-fits-all experience — because you're not.

If you've been carrying the weight of anxiety, depression, ADHD, or bipolar disorder, you may already know what it feels like to go through the motions of "getting help" without feeling truly heard. That's where I come in.

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner serving California through telehealth and in-person visits, I specialize in treating bipolar disorder, ADHD, depression, and anxiety. But more than any diagnosis, what I specialize in is you — your specific history, your individual story, and what's actually going on beneath the surface.

My approach to therapy

My approach is built on three things: listening, understanding, and paying attention to the details that others might miss. When you sit with me, I want you to feel genuinely heard — not rushed through a checklist. I take the time to understand what makes your experience uniquely yours, because the path forward looks different for every person.

Many of the clients I work with come in carrying emotions they've held for a long time — anger, sadness, anxiety, tears they haven't quite let out yet. Some are processing old trauma or histories they've never had the right space to unpack. If that resonates with you, I want you to know: there's no judgment here, only curiosity and care.

What you can expect from me

My own personal history drew me into this field — and it's made me deeply committed to helping people access the care they actually deserve. I've seen firsthand how many people fall through the cracks of a system that doesn't always slow down long enough to see them. I became a psychiatric nurse practitioner to help change that, one patient at a time.

When I'm not in session, you'll find me singing, dancing, or jumping on the trampoline with my kids — because joy matters too, and I believe a full life is part of healing.

If you're ready to be truly listened to, I'd love to connect.
