Great to meet you!

As a clinician, I have made it my career goal to support clients who are navigating their social-emotional journey in order to achieve a better version of themselves. Traditionally, I have worked with clients who are struggling with depression, mood disorders, and/or anxiety. During clinician sessions, my model is to aid clients with unpacking emotional baggages and past trauma and consequently identifying their emotional/behavioral triggers in a healthy clinical setting. Clinically, my ultimate goal is to utilize my expertise to educate my clients to develop better problem-solving skills, coping strategies, and advocacy skills to create healthier boundaries with their loved ones, friends, and colleagues.

I am a clinician with over 25 years of experience where I provide diagnostic evaluations and clinical services to children, adolescents, and adults. I have M.A. in Counseling Psychology from LaSalle University (1997). My clinician sessions are based on a cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) model. I also earned a certification as a school psychologist from Millersville University in 2004. I am both a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and nationally certified counselor (NCC).
