Great to meet you!

Feeling lost? You’re not alone. Some people may find themselves in a life that may not be worth living. Some may find themselves so immersed in taking care of someone else that they forgot who they are.Others find themselves in a place where they are told that their life is just beginning, but they have no idea where to start. Let’s find YOU together. It can be difficult to organize and have a true understanding of ourselves.

A bit about my approach to therapy

For some people, you may know how you’re feeling and even why you feel that way, but you don’t know how to make it better. Therapy can help you organize your feelings, gain better understanding and get unstuck from where you are right now so you can find a way to not only love your life, but to be an active part of it too. We will work together to find what will work best for you and what you want from our time together.

What you can expect from our first session

Everyone deserves to love their life and wherever you are in that journey, we'll find what works best for you. "When you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life." Helping others is what I love where I am passionate and committed to helping you find your way. Life can be difficult to navigate. Let’s figure out the best path for you together
