Great to meet you!

Stressed? Anxious ? Depressed?

I am board certified and I advocate for mental health. Asking for help can be intimidating, so I applauded you taking the first step, I have 20+ years of working with clients ages 18 and older. Specializing in stress management, depression, anxiety and family issues.

My approach to therapy

I bring a calm, compassionate, and grounded presence into sessions. Your concern is my priority. I’m an active listener who creates a safe, non-judgmental space where you will feel seen, heard, and supported while we partner together on your healing journey.

What you can expect from me

It’s important that you feel comfortable and at home with your therapist. The first session is focused on exploring and building trust, giving you space to ask questions and feel safe before moving into deeper conversations. We go at your pace (healing is a journey not a destination).
