Therapy is not a "one size fits all relationship." I believe that connection forms the basis of healing. I employ an integrative and client-centered approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Somatic Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I recognizes the uniqueness of each individual and tailor treatment plans to meet the specific needs and goals of each of my clients.

Every client is different, therefore every first experience is different too. I prefer to let my clients lead, as they are comfortable, filling me in on why they are coming to see me and a general overview of what brings them to therapy.
