Great to meet you!

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with 15 years of experience, I have had the privilege of treating patients with a range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and bipolar disorder. My approach combines therapy, medication, and lifestyle changes tailored to each individual’s needs, with the goal of fostering lasting recovery and well-being.

My approach to therapy

Holding a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and certification as a Trauma Specialist, I provide compassionate care rooted in understanding the emotional and psychological factors behind each patient's symptoms. I also specialize in couples and family counseling, recognizing the importance of support systems in mental health.

I have extensive experience working with the LGBTQ+ community, ensuring that my practice is inclusive and culturally competent. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where every patient can feel heard and respected.

What you can expect from me

Above all, I believe in a collaborative, patient-centered approach to care that empowers individuals to take control of their mental health journey and lead fulfilling lives.
