Great to meet you!

I believe we are made up of many pieces, and healing often begins when we understand and reconnect those pieces into a more complete sense of self. I offer a warm, culturally responsive space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported.

My approach is centered on meaningful, in-depth work that explores the root causes of persistent concerns, emotional pain, and relationship patterns—not just the symptoms. Together, we can turn pain into insight, growth, and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, collaborative, and tailored to each client. I primarily draw from psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), hypnotherapy, and Gestalt therapy. Depending on your concerns, strengths, preferences, resilience, and goals, we may explore the deeper roots of your experiences, identify patterns in your thoughts and behaviors, increase present-moment awareness, or use relaxation and focused techniques to support change.

I believe no single approach works for everyone. Therapy is not about becoming someone different. It is about reconnecting with who you are and creating a life that genuinely feels like your own. Together, we can create space for healing, hope, awareness, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will begin getting to know one another and discussing what brought you to therapy, what you hope to work on, and what support would be most helpful. I may ask about your history, relationships, current challenges, strengths, and goals so we can develop a clearer understanding of your needs.

You will not be expected to share everything immediately. My goal is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where you can ask questions and decide whether we are a good fit. Together, we will begin developing a treatment approach tailored to your concerns, preferences, and goals.
