Great to meet you!

Whether you're feeling weighed down by anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, anger, family conflict, or life's unexpected challenges, therapy can provide a place to slow down, gain perspective, and move forward with confidence. I work with children, teens, adults, and older adults, meeting each person where they are. Together, we'll identify what's holding you back, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful goals that improve your daily life and relationships.

My approach to therapy

After spending 20 years serving others in student ministry, I returned to school to become a clinical counselor because I'm passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges. My approach is warm, genuine, and solution-oriented. Together, we'll focus on what's bringing you to therapy, build on your strengths, and take practical steps toward the meaningful changes you want to see. From our first session, my goal is to help you feel heard, valued, and hopeful about what's possible.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out for help is an important first step, and you don't have to do it alone. In our first session, we'll get to know each other, talk about what's bringing you to therapy, and create a plan that fits your goals. When you're ready, I invite you to schedule an appointment and begin your journey toward healing and growth.
