Great to meet you!

The journey towards healing and self-actualization is always available to us, and it is never too late to step onto this path. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience working with youth, families, and adults that may be struggling with depression, anxiety, anger, and self-esteem issues. Helping people to experience and cultivate their best selves is a passion for me and I am honored to do this work.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have a strong background in Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Humanistic Therapy. If we choose to work together, we will tailor an approach that is best suited to your needs and goals.

What you can expect from our first session

I promise to listen to your story and validate and affirm your experience in life.
