Great to meet you!

Maxine Williford-Fuller, M.A., LPC, Ed. D

I have a genuine passion and love for listening to people’s problems/issues and helping them become their best selves. I enjoy collaborating with individuals struggling with substance abuse, depression, stress, anxiety, self-esteem, family issues and more. I use an eclectic blend of therapeutic modalities to include CBT, REBT, Client Centered therapy and mindfulness.

My approach to therapy

I believe that we are all beautiful individuals with imperfections. I enjoy utilizing a positive, encouraging, holistic approach to therapy. It’s important for clients to feel safe and comfortable in the non-judgmental environment that I will create for them. As we embark upon your journey to becoming your best self, I will encourage you to stretch, grow and celebrate your achievements. I will also be there for you during the uncomfortable and challenging times. I believe that it’s important to strive to create balance in ones life. This often times begins with improving self-esteem, self awareness and self-empathy.

What you can expect from me

I utilize CBT, REBT, Mindfulness techniques and Client Centered Therapy. I specialize in helping people who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues and challenging life circumstances.

I know that it can be intimidating to begin your therapeutic journey. Take a chance on you and trust that you can live your best, authentic life!
