Great to meet you!

I provide inclusive, evidence-based therapy to individuals seeking meaningful and lasting change, and I approach my work with compassion, clarity, and respect for each client’s unique story and strengths.

With additional experience working with clients in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) setting, I am deeply committed to fostering safe, affirming spaces where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to move toward healing, growth, and greater stability.

I offer both in-person therapy in Frisco, TX and virtual therapy throughout Texas.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it honors both the complexity of the human experience and the values that guide each person’s life. My clinical approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), clinical hypnosis, and Somatic Experiencing.

Drawing from extensive experience in hypnosis and somatic therapy, I incorporate mind–body approaches to help clients increase self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and develop greater flexibility in navigating life’s challenges.

I work with a broad range of diagnoses and concerns, tailoring therapy to each client’s individual goals, values, and lived experience.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to begin building a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship. We’ll explore what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been carrying, and what you would like support with at this stage of your life. I’ll ask questions to better understand your history, current stressors, strengths, and goals, while also making space for you to share at your own pace.

My style is warm, grounded, and trauma-informed, and I aim to help clients feel seen, understood, and supported from the very beginning. You do not need to prepare anything perfectly — just come as you are.
