Specializes in

Stress and Women's Issues

Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping women to realize and actualize their personal and professional goals. I have experience counseling women through major life transitions that lead to feelings of burnout or overwhelm. Some areas of specialty include career, motherhood, and personal identity. I have worked with women who are in executive leadership roles, are entrepreneurs, or are in career transition to cultivate the balance and peace they are looking for.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My counseling style is client centered. As the client, your experiences, values, and opinions lead the way. I provide my clients with necessary skills through collaborative work and no pressure homework assignments.

What you can expect from our first session

I work with my clients to operationalize their identified goals, increase self-awareness, and to put the ideas we discuss into practice. As a solution focused clinician, I assign homework for more tangible tracking of progress. Visit our Instagram @maxinemindbody
