Great to meet you!

I’ve worked across the full continuum of care, including detox, residential, PHP, IOP, outpatient, telehealth, and private practice. Much of my experience has been with individuals navigating both mental health and substance use challenges, and I understand how layered and personal that journey can be. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University. I’m also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and incorporate trauma-focused work when it’s helpful. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as we work toward meaningful change together.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy starts with building a strong, trusting relationship. I show up as my authentic self and aim to create a space that feels genuine, comfortable, and collaborative. When it fits, I like to bring warmth, lightness, and even a little humor into the room, because healing doesn’t always have to feel heavy. I have experience working with a wide range of mental health concerns, substance use challenges, and trauma, and I tailor our work to meet your unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and making sure you feel comfortable. I’ll ask questions about your background, current concerns, and different areas of your life so I can better understand the full picture of what’s bringing you in. You don’t need to have everything figured out — we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you. I’ll also walk you through what therapy with me can look like and answer any questions you have about the process.
