Great to meet you!

I come to therapy with a background in education and theater, which has deeply shaped how I connect with people and understand the human experience. My work is rooted in helping individuals better define who they are, where they want to be, and what may be standing in the way of getting there.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on curiosity, honesty, and growth. Together, we’ll identify obstacles, explore patterns, and engage with challenges in a meaningful way until we find solutions that truly work for you. My goal is to provide a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

I approach every client with openness, acceptance, and respect for their individual experiences. Using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, we work together to identify practical tools that can help bring clarity, perspective, and emotional balance during difficult times.

My therapeutic style is collaborative, grounded, and adaptable to your unique needs and goals. I specialize in trauma recovery, men’s issues, and couples counseling, helping clients navigate emotional challenges, relationship dynamics, communication struggles, and personal growth. My goal is to help calm the storm, strengthen self-awareness, and create a path forward that feels both realistic and meaningful.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and determine whether we’re a good fit to work together. We’ll begin with introductions and a brief review of important administrative information, including confidentiality and the therapy process.

You’ll have space to share your background, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences and goals, while also giving you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. If we decide to move forward together, I’ll provide practical tools or reflections to begin working on before our next session.
