Great to meet you!

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood. I believe therapy should be a place where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing without judgment while working together to identify practical steps toward meaningful change.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My clinical approach draws from evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based interventions, and trauma-focused approaches. I have also completed EMDR basic training and incorporate trauma-informed principles into my work when appropriate.

My goal is to meet you where you are and tailor treatment to your individual needs, strengths, and goals. Whether you are struggling with something that has been present for years or navigating a more recent challenge, we can work together to better understand what is happening and develop tools to help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed. I want therapy to feel like a safe space where you can be open and honest without worrying about judgment. We’ll work together to understand your experiences, strengths, and goals instead of using a one-size-fits-all approach.

I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-focused techniques. My goal is to help you understand yourself better, build practical coping skills, and make meaningful, lasting changes at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, your background, and what you hope to get out of therapy. I’ll also answer any questions you have and explain how I approach treatment.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before we meet. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free environment where we can begin building trust and develop a treatment plan that fits your needs and goals.
