Great to meet you!

I work with children, adolescents, adults, parents, and families through individual therapy, parent counseling, and family therapy. I especially love helping people navigate anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, family conflict, parenting challenges, ADHD, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I draw not only from my training, but also from my own life journey, so I can meet you with real empathy and authenticity. Whatever brought you here, you’ve found a warm place to start, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and goal oriented, and I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and free of judgment. I take time to understand your unique story, strengths, and goals rather than any one size fits all plan. I also love to laugh, and I bring warmth and humor in when it fits, so therapy doesn’t always feel heavy.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is a comfortable, welcoming space where you can share what brings you in. We’ll talk about your concerns, strengths, and hopes, then start identifying goals and small steps you can use between sessions. Therapy works best as a team, so we’ll always work together. If you’re ready, let’s take that first step together.
