Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

I specialize in providing therapy for adolescents, and adults who are navigating a variety of life challenges. My work is focused on helping individuals process and heal from trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, grief, and loss.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, my goal is to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and supported. I believe that each person is unique, and therapy should be tailored to meet your individual needs and goals. My approach is grounded in several evidence-based modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Expressive Art Therapy.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away a deeper understanding of themselves, practical strategies for overcoming challenges, and actionable insights to move forward with confidence.
