Great to meet you!

I graduated from Antioch University in 2017 with a MA in Couple and Family Therapy and a Certificate in Play Therapy. I specialize in treating and supporting those who struggle with life transitions, anxiety, and depression. I use EMDR, CBT, and person-centered counseling in my work.

My approach to therapy

I believe that our health and happiness are closely linked to our relationships with others. We will discuss your relationships and how your mental health may be impacting your ability to connect with others in ways that you would like. We may also explore and identify patterns in your past relationships and how they have shaped your reactions to people and how you manage stress and emotions in the present.

What you can expect from me

My clients often report to me that they are better able to regulate their emotions, be less reactive, accept the hardships and challenges in their lives with more ease, establish healthier boundaries, and feel better about themselves after our work together. My therapeutic style is laid-back, conversational, collaborative, and never judgmental.
