I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I got my Masters of Social Work at University of Southern California. I have over 5 years of experience as a clinical therapist and over 10 years as a social worker providing counseling for individuals and couples. While I am located in Southern California, I am able to provide counseling services to anyone living in California through telehealth. I specialize in working with people 18+, Asian-Americans, and am LGBTQI+ friendly.

I am skilled in helping people move through anxiety and depression. I can partner with you to increase awareness and understanding of anxiety and depression and empower you with tools to manage these feelings, harnessing your own inner resiliency to navigate life's challenges.
