Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Houston. I specialize in helping adults and older adults navigate workplace stress, family challenges, and emotional wellbeing. My areas of focus include career burnout, work-life balance, anxiety, depression, intimate partner violence, divorce, caregiving stress, and cross-cultural adjustment.

I believe every person carries an inner strength that can be uncovered and nurtured. In therapy, I provide a safe, compassionate space where you can share your story, build resilience, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in warmth, patience, and authenticity. I believe that therapy should feel like a safe and supportive partnership, where you are free to share your story and explore new possibilities without judgment. I listen carefully, reflect openly, and guide clients with clarity while respecting their pace.

I often work with individuals facing stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, family or relationship struggles, and life transitions. Depending on your needs, I may integrate evidence-based strategies to help you better manage stress, improve relationships, and build resilience.

Above all, I see each client as the expert of their own life. My role is to walk beside you—helping you uncover your inner strengths and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you can feel comfortable sharing what brought you to therapy. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, talking about your concerns, and exploring what you’d like to work on. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, experiences, and goals, but you’ll always set the pace.

By the end of the session, clients often leave with a clearer sense of direction and the reassurance that they don’t have to face challenges alone. Together, we’ll begin mapping out a plan that feels manageable and supportive for you.
