Great to meet you!

I am a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-C) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) with more than 20 years of nursing and advanced practice experience. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment for adolescents and adults, with experience treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and other mental health concerns. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on understanding each person as a whole while developing individualized treatment plans that support their goals and well-being. I am fluent in Russian and Ukrainian and strive to create a welcoming, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where every patient feels heard and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and patient-centered. I believe effective mental health care begins with listening and understanding each person’s unique experiences, strengths, goals, and circumstances. I use evidence-based practices and thoughtful medication management while considering the connection between mental and physical health. I work with clients as partners in their care, providing education and support so they can make informed decisions about their treatment and feel empowered throughout the process.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we will take time to understand what brings you to treatment, your current symptoms, medical and mental health history, medications, and personal goals. I provide a welcoming, comfortable, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel heard, respected, and safe sharing your concerns. Together, we will identify your treatment goals and develop an individualized plan that may include medication management, education, lifestyle strategies, and coordination with other members of your care team when appropriate. My goal is for you to leave the first session with greater clarity, a clear treatment plan, and confidence about the next steps in your care.
