Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with 12 years of experience providing therapy to adults. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship and family concerns, substance use, body image and eating concerns, and major life or career transitions. My background in private practice and community mental health has shaped my belief that therapy should make room for the whole person - their relationships, history, culture, identity, and the world around them. I bring warmth, curiosity, and openness to my work and genuinely enjoy getting to know the people I work with.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a collaborative process and believe that a strong relationship between therapist and client is an important part of creating change. I’m active and engaged in sessions and will listen, ask questions, offer observations, and challenge you when it feels helpful. My approach draws primarily from Relational Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), helping you better understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck while finding new ways to respond to difficult thoughts and feelings. Together, we’ll work toward changes that reflect what matters most to you and how you want to live.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll ask about what’s going on in your life, what has been feeling difficult, and what you hope might change. You don’t need to come in knowing exactly what you want to work on—we can figure that out together. My goal is to create a warm, open space where you feel comfortable being yourself and leave with a sense of what working together could look like.
