Great to meet you!
I’m Maya Mallory, LMSW, and I provide compassionate, grounded therapy for adults navigating significant life transitions. I specialize in supporting women during pregnancy, individuals facing difficult reproductive decisions, adults living with disabilities, and those adjusting to major shifts in health, identity, or life stage.
If you’re feeling isolated during pregnancy, overwhelmed by a decision you’ve had to make, or uncertain about how to move forward during a transition, you don’t have to process it alone. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can explore your emotions without judgment and begin building strategies that foster resilience and clarity.
Clients often describe me as caring, thoughtful, safe, relatable, and a great listener with a soothing presence. My goal is to help you feel understood while also equipping you with tools to navigate change with confidence.
I have worked across medical, community-based, and outpatient environments, supporting adults with chronic health conditions, reproductive health concerns, mood disorders, and life-stage transitions.
I commonly work with adults experiencing:
- Anxiety and depression
- Pregnancy-related stress and isolation
- Pregnancy termination and reproductive decision-making
- Chronic illness and disability-related adjustment
- ADHD management
- Grief, loss, and identity shifts
- Stress related to aging and life transitions
