What you can expect from me

At the end of each session, we reflect on our progress towards the goals that the client has identified. I provide “food for thought” as an idea for the client to explore in between sessions. I use the Recovery model, so at the end of each session, we discuss the hope that we have for the client’s continued improvement in the future.
