Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Maya! I work with women who are interested in living more fulfilled, joyous, and empowered lives. My clients often describe me as compassionate, insightful, and friendly. I think that therapy needs to be an enjoyable process even when it's challenging, otherwise you won't keep up with it. I do my best to help you make the most progress on your self-love and personal empowerment journey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is meeting you where YOU are. Every client is unique, and our approach should be, too. Sometimes we might challenge your old patterns or believes, sometimes we might find tenderness to help you have more self-compassion, and sometimes we will be concrete and solution oriented.

What you can expect from our first session

It is my goal that you leave each session with some extra tools and insights that can be applied to your life. Therapy doesn't work if it stays isolated in 1 hour a week - it needs to be integrated into your real life. Let's make sure that the hard work you are doing is able to ripple into your life so you can live more authentically, connectively, and holistically.
