Great to meet you!

I am a psychotherapist, and I have been working in the field for over a decade. Trained as a Clinical Social Worker, I believe that a person's cultural and social environment are vitally important. I am trained in EMDR, a modality that helps people heal from trauma. I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and people working in high stress jobs including education and healthcare.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a therapist who will affirm and support my clients as they investigate their identities, life experiences, and values. I use methods including somatic awareness, mindfulness, and relational therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

I seek to empower clients to build a life of their choosing. I believe that the most important aspect of therapy is a strong relationship between the therapist and the client. I will work with you to identify goals and determine what strategies will be most effective in helping you reach them.
