Great to meet you!

Life brings challenges we never saw coming—whether it’s heartbreak, burnout, or a major life shift that leaves you questioning who you are. I’m passionate about walking alongside women of faith and individuals in transition as they heal, grow, and reconnect with their sense of purpose. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes in meeting you where you are, offering both evidence-based tools and a compassionate space where you can feel seen and supported. You don’t have to walk this journey alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and rooted in compassion. I use evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused work, and a strengths-based perspective to help you navigate challenges, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and move toward healing. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel empowered and understood—and if your faith is important to you, we can absolutely incorporate that into our work together.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll start by getting to know each other and exploring what brought you to therapy. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out—you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can begin to process your story and start identifying what healing and growth look like for you. We’ll work together to create a path forward that feels aligned with your values and goals.
