Great to meet you!

I am an LCSW, Somatic Healer, Hypnotherapist & Yoga Teacher. My social work and somatic healing journey began over 10 years ago as I worked with clients to help navigate various mental health diagnoses and traumas. As stress increased, I turned to somatics to find balance.

Somatics gave me added knowledge to better assist my clients. I noticed that if my clients were able to connect and relax their body, they responded to triggers with ease, reducing symptoms and increasing overall functioning.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe building a therapeutic alliance with the client is crucial in order to begin the healing process. I help break down the walls of emotions through modalities such as talk therapy techniques as well as body awareness through yoga, breath, meditation and mindfulness.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal as a therapist is to share somatic healing with others. I take what I have learned and combine it with a sense of meditation through movement, prana and somatic connection, allowing one to feel grounded in an effort to promote overall well-being.
